Service Description

**A venue is not included in the price** Custom backdrop & draping -Floor decal -6 dozen treats of your choice Choices are: candy apples, strawberries, pretzels, cupcakes, popcorn, cookies, rice Krispy treats, custom chips , custom juices -Kids table and chairs (2 tables , 12 chairs) table will be decorated with table cloth, gift boxes, crayons, juice, and custom coloring sheets for -6 adult tables set up: 8 guest to a table. The tables will be decorated with table cloth, centerpieces, plates -Chair covers & chair sashes for the chairs -Balloon decor -Candy cart -3ft marquee light letters spelling out kid name. Number for kid age will be provided as well. If the name is over 6 letters we can spell out kid initials. Full name can be spelled out for an additional cost -Props ( the theme of the party) -gift table set up (table cloth) -Sanitation station (custom Lysol, hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, and sign ) Please read the full policy before booking. **A venue is not included in the price**


Cancellation Policy

PAYMENTS: Payments are required every 2 weeks. No Payment without communication will result in event cancellation. No refunds will be given. Payments can be made on our make a payment tab on our website. A invoice will go out to you every 2 weeks on your chosen pay date. You're responsible for completing your payment. Events must be paid in full (balance at $0) 4 weeks prior to event date. If balance is not paid in full by the deadline your event will be up for cancellation. PHOTOS: All clients are responsible for getting all photos turned in that will be used for their event. Photos must be submitted to A Touch of Shalynn 2 weeks prior to your event. If photos are not submitted by the deadline A Touch of Shalynn cannot guarantee that the photos will be used. We ask that all photos submitted are professionally taken with no added filters for the best quality and large printing. NAMES & AGE: When booking an event for yourself or someone else you are responsible for submitting the guest of honors name and age upon booking to A Touch of Shalynn. If it is a baby shower and you’re unsure of a name at the time of booking you have until 2 weeks before your baby shower to submit a name if you would like it to be included in your baby shower. POLICIES AND TRAVELING IF YOU’RE NOT IN CINCINNATI, OHIO OR WITHIN 25 MILE RADIUS OF CINCINNATI, PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE BOOKING TO DISCUSS TRAVEL FEES. IF YOU BOOK AND PAY A DEPOSIT BEFORE CONTACTING ME CONCERNING TRAVEL FEES REFUNDS TAKE UP TO 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECIEVE. For ALL confirmed bookings , retainers fee and payments are NON REFUNDABLE!! In the event that something comes up you can reschedule services on the next available date! You’re only allowed to reschedule one time. You can only reschedule under the circumstances of : acts of God, fire, storm , hospitalization or other similar occurrence, orders or acts of military or civil authority, or by national/ state of emergencies, global pandemic shutdown. SERVICE TIME: When booking you have to select a time of service. The time you select should be the time we can come in and provide the service. Each full event takes 3-4 hours minimum to set up. All rental set ups take one hour. Be aware that these times are minimum and may take more time depending on the number of guests. If the client is more than 45 mins late to let us in the venue, A Touch of Shalynn staff must depart. The next event lined up can't be at fault for other client's tardiness.
